Bernardo 'di Ser Niccolò' was a merchant, member of the Venetian aristocracy. He got several political charges (e.g. 'podestà ' and 'capitano' of Crema in 1483, 'savio di Terraferma' in 1488; he joine the war against Turkey and died in Crete in 1500.
